Jason is a sprayer. But undercover-cop Vince noticed and caught him. He cuffs him and pushes the boy towards the car. There he makes him sniff on his dirty socks and lick his feet. Humiliated and unable to move Vince puts his dirty sneakers in front of the guy´s nose and fixes it with tape.
